NASA yesterday scheduled a second six-hour spacewalk for Sunday to
complement Saturday's in a new procedure to repair the Syncom
satellite.  The extension came after ground tests showed that
the RMS, when operated manually, takes 75% more time than when
operated by computer.  The computer control failed during a test
two days ago.
