GOOP is a brand name for a particular type of product known
generically as "waterless hand cleaner".  It's usually sold
for auto mechanics since it's great for cleaning the grease
off your hands after working on your car.

As I understand it, the products contain kerosene as a cleaning
agent, and lanolin as a hand conditioner.  They work well on your
hands with or without water (you need paper towels to wipe your
hands on if you don't use water) but I wouldn't want to try to
use it on clothing.
