As I picked up a cookbook while I was there I can give you its recipe, although I have not tried it: KIWIFRUIT JAM 1.5 kg (3 lbs.) kiwifruit juice of 1 lemon 6 c. sugar 1 c. water Cut kiwifruit in half, scoop out pulp and place in saucepan with water. Bring to boil and simmer until fruit is soft -- about 10 minutes. Add warmed sugar and lemon juice and boil briskly for 5-10 minutes, or until it sets when tested (test at 5 minutes). Pour into hot sterilised jars. Makes about 3-4 medium sized jars. Steve Stricklen ihnp4!ihlpa!strickln
