In general the diet restricts one to strictly fresh or un- processed foods. The emphasis is to eliminate all sources of yeast. Restricted items include bread, cereals, sugars and all other processed foods. This seems to limit protein sources to simply prepared meat and boiled eggs. Any suggestions ould be appreciated via email.
