Here are a couple that I think are GREAT!!

1) Carr's Wheatmeal Biscuits (or any fabulous [relatively unsalted] wheat
   cracker) served with cream cheese and red pepper jelly

2) Roll slices of hard salami (your choice of cotti or other) around cream
   cheese and provide various mustards to smear on them
