This is a general suggestion to all users of the net to use discretion in transmission and re-transmission and re-re-retransmission of the same articles. It would seem that just the relevant lines could be quoted, for maximum effect. In one particularly egregious case, 2 entire follow up articles, including the original were retransmitted. The resulting waste of communication and computation resources is staggering. The net has been made available on a free and open basis, thanks to the good offices of various site managers.
