To Anyone  With Information on This Subject:

I need to set up a database to track engineering document and drawing
information (like code, issue, system, engineer responsible etc.).
Before I start re-re-inventing the wheel, can anyone suggest a usable
EXISTING database? "Usable" could include modifications to the user
screens and/or menus.

Also, how many other people are trying to do pretty much the same 
thing and what is your experience?
