Among other things, the particular administration involved was worried about those term papers which one can purchase for $10, so they threatened a "mail watch" whereby they would see if you received any mail from one of the organisations supplying the ready-made term papers/theses/whatever. I'm extremely curious as to what circumstances are mail watches and this other business about seeing who you call (by phone number) is legal. dya
