I'll take the Hero of Chappaquiddick over the Hero of Lebanon
(Ronnie) any day, or Henry the K, Hero of Vietnam, Cambodia, Chile,
etc.  Teddy has his faults, but so far he stands ahead in the body
count column.  Also, if he ever became senile you would notice it.
With Reagan, it will very difficult to tell.
