Well, two points:

1) Congress is mostly irresponsible (my opinion, see my other posting today)
   they are busy getting rich not serving the American public.

2) I guess it's a matter of which "bloody murderers" you wish to fund. I don't
   think that the "Government" down there is all real nice guys who just
   want to "serve" the people.
