I, for one, would be interested in knowing what the US doing to help start a
civil war in South Africa.  It seems to me that the current government there
has done everything possible to do that and doesn't need any help doing it.

Unless, of course, you refer to our administration's policies of "constructive
engagement" with the aparthied government, which has only served to help
destroy the chances for peaceful change there and insure that a civil war will
take place.

But I could be wrong.  Ronnie (Raygun) tells me that aparthied has been done
away with in South Africa and segragation (as we in the US knew it in the 50's)
is a thing of the past.  This would explain why my pal Jerry Falwell wants me
to buy krugerands and reinvest in South Africa to help out the poor white
minority government as they strive to do God's work.

Too bad those two weren't in business forty five years ago.  I can just see
Ronnie advocating "constructive engagement" with Hitler.  Maybe he'd send
humanitarian aid to the Nazis.
