Either a chain or a remarkable coincidence - one of my favorite restaurants in Denver is called the Trail Dust, where they cut-off your tie and hang it on the wall (with your business card if you like). They also serve some of the biggest steaks known to humanity - 16oz is the smallest, folloed by 24oz, 32oz and a 56oz steak they call the "Bull Shipper". They also regularly have a country-western band, and last time I was there, they were giving free line-dance lessons. A great place - stop in next time you're in Denver.
