You want to limit their time in which to accrue riches?  If we did this,
the "Rape of America" would be faster than the eye could see or the mind
could comprehend.  Its already bad enough.  Give me a break!

Rather try setting up the rewards so that men/women of this ilk are not
attracted to the job.  THAT'S how to get rid of the problem ...
