	A friend of mine set up some rules for combining Risk with
Monopoly, which he called "Military Industrial Complex."  I don't
remember the particulars, but the basic idea was that you could use the
money you made in Monopoly to buy armies for Risk, or dismantle some
armies to get cash.  I never got around to playing it with him, but I
always thought that it was a good idea and would be a lot of fun.  It
seems it would be best played with teams, so you would need a fair
amount of people for a good game.
