After talking extensively with several other e-mail gamemasters,
we have a solution. This note is to announce the formation of a net
diplomacy banned list. Any player who drops out of a net game without
finding an alternate and providing a valid excuse should be listed.
All net gm's are urged to send me a list of the dropouts from there games.
I will distribute it to any gm requesting a copy. I would
further urge that these players not be allowed into your games unless
they can somehow convince you that they have mended their ways.

I know this is definitely anti-libertartian, but there ruining
everyones fun and its time someone put a halt to it.
