Message-ID: <234@uw-june> Date: Thu, 12-Sep-85 00:54:41 EDT Article-I.D.: uw-june.234 Posted: Thu Sep 12 00:54:41 1985 Date-Received: Sat, 14-Sep-85 07:37:53 EDT Organization: U of Washington Computer Science Lines: 11 Version: Advanced Rogue 2.0. I have just learned the hard way (:-) that not all monsters are afraid of scare monster scrolls! In particular, titans, lichs, and dragons aren't (now you see what I mean by "hard way"!) Does anybody out there know any reasonable guidelines for this type of thing? Should I just forget about using scare monsters below, say, level 25? Would it make any difference if the scroll had been blessed? Dave Wagner @ U Washington, Seattle
