	In the September 1985 issue of the IEEE Spectrum is an article
written by Robert W. Lucky (Where are you Robert?) about Usenet. It
is on page 8 in the 'Reflections' column.
	In the article, Mr. Lucky humorously describes some of our
past big discussions and quotes several .signatures.
	If you're not in the IEEE, the magazine can surely be found
in a university's engineering library. Baring that, ask some of the
EEs that you work with if they subscribe.
