I am looking for a graphics package for the IBM PC and compatibles.
The package must have the following features:

	1. X-Y axis display of data (lines or points)
	2. Ability to have more that 1 y-axis scale factor
	3. Ability to scroll left or right/zoom (would be nice)
	4. Work with the IBM PC color graphics adapter card.


I will be interested in either a full blown graphics package
or graphics library that I can use to write my own graphics
application software. 

If anyone has any public domain software or sources, I'm interested
it also.
