this list of the FCC lottery results for the 683 80-90mHz FM channels
opened up beginning in October.

There are also details of how the assignments were arrived at, and how
you can compute where the transmitter has to go (a few of these really
are limited to an area of 1 - 2 sq miles or so, the area being in a
genuine, 8 foot deep, swamp).
