A new frequency has been found of 172.825 MHZ with the possible use of this technique. It is certainly not DVP. There are some NATO War Games off the New England coast and I am not sure if this ties in with the use of the frequency or not. Transmissions consist of white noise type bursts very frequently, very short being relayed over some type of repeater. Anyone knowing about this, we would appreciate additional info. ....... Ed N1BFF
