    I've received a few complaints that there was a bad address in
the cc: line of the message I posted yesterday.  The correct address
should have been TELECOM@MIT-XX rather than TELCOM...  It turns out
that my local mailer had a synonym for this address and sent it
correctly, but DIDN'T change it in the header.  Sorry for all thoes
rejection notices
