Well there was this symphony orchestra performing the piece, ad some of the bass players were getting tired of sitting around for measure after measure waiting for the finale. So they thought of a clever system to amuse themselves and still perform their duties on opening night: they tied a string around the page in the score that had their parts after the log bass-less section. While the bass-less passages were being performed, the bassists wet out back and started drinking whiskey, confident they would be able to return in time to finish the piece. Well, they were getting kind of drunk after a while and the conductor looked around for the bass section but they were gone! He was panicing! Why was he panicing? Because it was the bottom of the ninth, the bassists were loaded and their scores were tied. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Wasn't that awful? ||||||| || || [ O-O ] Todd Jones \ ^ / {decvax,akgua}!mcnc!rti-sel!scirtp!todd | ~ | |___| SCI Systems Inc. doesn't necessarily agree with Todd.
