	When Chevrolet introduced their Light Utility Vehicle ,they
decided to utilize the acronym as it's trademark , hence all the
little L.U.V. trucks . I guess they thought it was real cute for
a little truck made in Japan.
	However , when they finished the testing for what is now the S-10
pickup they decided that the acronym for the American made

        Super Light Utility Truck

     was entirely too descriptive where faithfulness and reliability
were concerned.....
