The FTSC and NBS came out with a dual release of the ISO's layer 4. I wonder if this is actually going to happen. While on the subject, I have a question. Has anyone ever run VI on Unix from a terminal with an X.25 packet switching network between the terminal and host? How did it work? Just curious.
