While I'm about it, I might add a couple more advantages:

	1) There can be any number of state-level sites.
	2) No-one says you have to be in the same state as the "big" site
	   you reference. Just so long as there's a reasonably short path
	   to you.
	3) The secret fraternity can use this approach in their
	   Secret-Sender: field.
