I have just learned that the International Academy of Preventive
Medicine has moved its headquarters from Kansas (the address I gave
you about the 40 page nutrition Monograph) to the following:
     International Academy of Preventive Medicine
     10409 Town & Country Way, Suite 200
     Houston, Texas  77024   

I assume that anyone who has already sent their $4 to the previous
address will either get their letter back or see it forwarded.  Sorry
