Bondwell has a laptop that sells for $999. One 3.5" disk drive, 25x80
LCD screen, parallel and serial ports, optional internal modem (300 or
1200 baud), CPM operating system, software bundled (word-processor,
spreadsheet, BASIC, communications, etc). I haven't played with any, but
it sounds like a good deal.
