Just what we need. Another rag published by people who don't know what their talking about, riding the computer bandwagon and spreading misinformation and confusion around the world. Just what we need: another message by someone, citing titles out of context, who doesn't like a new magazine because it contains articles that present a different viewpoint from the rest of the world, and is not riding on the Unix computer bandwagon. It appears that you didn't actually read any of the articles you cited and just barely looked at the table of contents. That's too bad. You might have actually learned something had you taken the time. For some of us who know quite a bit about TurboDOS, for instance, would agree with some of the viewpoints expressed in the articles mentioning it. TurboDOS is the sleeper of operating systems for networked micros. Frankly, it's about time somebody took a bold step and published a magazine dealing with this broad subject and did not hesitate to include articles that mentioned another operating system besides Unix. By the way, the issue we got was #3... as indicated on the cover. --Frank
