What about the Development Package? ATARI Germany delivers this 
package only to software houses and dealers. End users dont't get
any. Is anybody out there in Net-Land who can tell me, how this
is handeled elsewhere? Could eventuelly someone buy the package
in USA for me? What about the rumor of hardware coded serial
numbers?
