I downloaded a 3D Fractal Contour Map generator translated from Basic to Aztec C taken from July issue of 1985 Creative Computing. After some minor tweaks to get it working on the DeSmet/Ouye C compiler I discovered that I don't have the resource file to go with the program "Frac:Fractal Contures", according to the comments in the fractal.h file. Unfortunately, the author's address is in the big bit bucket in the sky. I would appreciate any help getting the resource file, or other hints people have. My next question involves how do I change the startup screen on my Mac? I know it can be done, and I thought when I downloaded the "Tunnel startupscreen" that I had directions on how to do it, but alas I was wrong. The index :-) of Inside Mac doesn't provide much help. -- Clif Purkiser, Intel, Santa Clara, Ca.
