Although your wording seems confused, it might be that you mean that, in the Finder, double-clicking on a switcher document doesn't start the Switcher but provokes the message "An application can't be found to open thid document". The posting of the 4.3 Switcher didn't have the Bundle bit set. If you set this (using SetFile, or with FEdit's Show Finder Attributes menu item), it will work again.
