Perhaps someone else would care to comment on this. I hope others have had better service than I. I called up on 8 August and placed an order for Chipwits ($29), giving them my Visa number. The woman I talked to said 7 to 10 days. I still (29 days later) have not received it. I called them once at night and someone took down the information and said someone would call back the next day. Perhaps I was out of the office, but no call. More aggravating: though I have not received the product, the charge has already shown up on my Visa bill! It seems to me that if they have the time to bill me, they should have time to send me the product. If others have had more pleasant experiences, please post them so we know whether this is typical or not.
