I don't know what it is now, but it is probably jammed up, with a serious wait to talk to anyone. When, and if, you get through they will give stock answers, like reformat and reinstall or go to a backup. (No backup ? Then rekey or send us a backup and we'll piddle around for a month and see waht we can do to it.) Anything not already explained in the manual is probably ovet their heads. Most of the people on the phones last just a few months. Your best bet is to find a competant Customer Service Rep. and get them to chase the answers. If there are none available, get on the good side of one of the local sales types and get him to show you the big bug book (CSB). Last I saw it was two volumes and growing fast. It documents almost every patch available. If you have a real problem try writing, most of the TRS customers are illiterate and therefore there are few correspondance jam-ups to the support group.
