I have been using a copy of ST80III on my Model
III.  The program is really written for a Model
I.  It works rather well and will run vi once
you load the proper termcap.  I have written such
a termcap.  Here it is:

qT|trs80|Radio Shack TRS-80 Model III:am:bc=^X:bs:bw:\
   :cd=\EJ:ce=\EK:cl=^L:co#64:ho=\EH:kb=^H:ll=\EYAa:\
   :li#16:nd=^Y:sr=^Z:up=^Z:vb=\200:

If you want a copy of ST80III, send me mail.  It is
the only program I have used so far that does not
lose characters while running at 1200 bps.
