Yes, the sign changes.  If you remenber when he drives the "car" out
of the barn and out onto the road he runs over a Pine Tree that was
part of the " farm.win Pines".  When he gets back to the future, the sign
changes from "Twin Pines Mall" to "Lone Pine Mall".
