I like this idea.  As a matter of fact ....

I've been meaning to suggest that net.bizarre is stupid and doesn't live
up to it's original charter.  i.e. the general type of posting isn't
bizarre (and, I'm a student of the bizarre) but is basically stupid.
And, it's 100% noise.

I'm really serious here.
