I vote NO on net.sources.pc; there are already MORE THAN ENOUGH
avenues to get source out:
	net.sources
	net.micro.pc
	mod.sources

A posting to any one of these (with perhaps a mention in net.micro.pc
that a posting was made) would be sufficient.  Mod.sources is
particularly good -- the traffic there is low enough (sigh) that
almost everyone should be able to read/subscribe.
