I can't believe people are actually discussing vote fraud in the context
of voting for/against the creation of news groups.  Get serious, people.
You're losing perspective.  If someone cares enough to go to the trouble
to create bogus votes, who are we to stand in the way?  Next thing
you know you'll be asking us all to register with Usenet central -- nobody
can vote unless listed in the Usenet directory...
