No!  Then the semi-annual Light Bulb Joke Disease will have nowhere to go
but net.bizarre!  Even though much of net.bizarre is junk (I haven't noticed
significantly higher S/N ratios in most other groups, though), at least the
posters don't feel obligated to post the joke they just heard from a cute
4-year-old...
