I have found several (conflicting of course) definitions of
Cajun and Creole, but I haven't been able to find a definition
of the terms coon-ass or redbone. Some say a coon-ass is a 
derogatory term for a Cajun but others have said it is just a 
person from Louisiana. As I recall a redbone is a derogatory term
for a person of partial American Indian ancestory.

Please help, my wife was born in Louisiana and I need the correct
derogatory terms! B-)
