TAKEN IN CONTEXT, it was more or less obvious: it was in a bit of argument concerning distribution vs. production, and was intended to show that perfect distribution doesn't necessarily solve anything, and if attempts to "fix" distribution screw up production, *everybody* is worse off. --JoSH
