It was a real shocking experience to read this book, since it very carefully goes to demolish the *well-knowns* about sexual dysfunctions and therapeutical methods to deal with them. If you are fond of Masters & Johnson's concepts, do not read this book, for your heroes look quite..ehm.."rumpled" when this book is through with them. (Well.. perhaps you *should* read it, for it may show you that Masters & Johnson have been peddling a lot of nonsense for a looong time.) I recommended this book to a lot of people, (male/female) sometimes supplied them with my own copy, and the response have been one of appreciation. As someone pointed out earlier, Thomas Szasz does his homework very well, and punches rather hard. He has no sympathy for pseudo-psychological-gobblydgook sold under the name "sex therapy". It may be one of the best books you are likely to read in this subject. Oz -- Usenet: [decvax|allegra|linus|ihnp4]!utzoo!yetti!oz Bitnet: oz@[yusol|yuyetti] You see things; and you say "WHY?"
