Come on guys (B.Ingogly and R.Hollenbeck), I may not be quite as old as 
either of you (I'm 30).  However, I don't think that in 4 or even 8 
years that I want to consider myself an "old fart".  

I may be ready to be an "old fart" when I'm approaching 80, but for now
I think "experienced" would be more acceptable :-).
