I think that the college dom. environment is the ideal place to meet
potential SO's.  Its only when you live with someone do you really get to
see them "with their pants down".  That is, you see them when they are
cranky,  tired, not at their best.  You can know them pretty well before
you even think about starting a relationship, thus allowing you to
weed out the real losers beforehand.
