I tend to agree with you (that love = responsibility, commitment) but have been taking a different view on the net because it seems that so many people today *do* make a distinction. The depressing thing is that if I agrre with you, it means that there is very little true love around, as evidenced by the divorce rate. I am surprised and bewildered by the quantity of people that have stated on the net that they are uninterested in long-term relationships.
