I know, because a long time ago this discussion came up, and instead of posting my reasons why I thought it would be a good idea, I posted a net.personal. I was the *only one* who did so, and naturally I got no response. Well, that's not true. My family and friends, scattered across the net, all took the opportunity to give me shit about it. So go ahead and post. To net.singles. Just stick a header line that says it is a personal. LIke: Subject: Personal: SWM seeks Susan (or whatever). I guarantee that nobody will do it. You know, *everybody* would read net.personals *anyway*, just to see people make fools of them- selves, so why not post to net.singles for now? Come on, people... No guts, no glory.
