Well, given the fact that the Angels, Seatlle, and Texas have never EVER made it to the WS, it's obvious the division must be the AL west and the teams are Oakland and Kansas City, since Chicago hasn't made it for awhile. I'm not sure exactly when they were in, although I believe the A's were there mostly during the early 70's and Kansas City has appeared two or three times at least in the late 70's - early 80's (twice against Philly I think-- they won at least one of those).
