OU was originally scheduled to play SMU on sept. 14, (in fact, the schedule in my hand has that game listed, then crossed out) the OU-SMU game has been moved to Dec. 7. at the same time, sept. 21 is OUs "off" weekend. so with the first game moved, OU doesn't play until sept. 28, when they will remove minnesota from division-I football. i kind of wish OU wasn't ranked so high also. even switzer was quoted as saying the rankings right now, and OUs being 1st in a lot of poles, means nothing. but it's hard not to pick them #1, they had a very good team last year, returned a LOT of people. not to mention the two side-by-side pre-season all americans (casillas, murphy) on defense. (casillas was all american last year...) boomer sooner, ron vaughn ...!ihnp4!ihdev!rjv
