     Adding a note to the confusion concerning Vulcan and her moons or
lack thereof....

     In the preface of "The Vulcan Academy Murders" is the following statement:

"...[I would like to thank] Gordon Carleton, who has given me permission to
use "T'Kuht", the name he invented and fandom adopted for Vulcan's sister
planet, the "moon" of moonless Vulcan seen in Vulcan's sky in "Yesteryear"
and Star Trek: The Motion Picture,..."
