	Gourmet magazine had a 2 part article on the castles of Scotland
a while back. I know that is was in 2 issues in 1984 or this year.
You might be able to find some good suggestions on castles to visit in
there and I think it may list some B&B's. At the very least it will tell
you where you can get a damn good meal!
